Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from P/L. If, however, you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact our staff to discuss the best option within 7 business days.

Guideline for Returns:

  • Contact one of our Customer Service staff member to discuss options within 7 working days.
  • Return the item in unused/as new condition together with shop and EFTPOS Receipts and all original tags/labels. Customers are responsible for safely packaging your returned item to ensure that we receive it in perfect condition..
  • Where an exchange is required and available - our staff are happy to place the exchange item On Hold for 7 days awaiting the return of the purchased item.
  • Any refunds will be credited into the original Credit Card as the original purchase so please provide details of Credit Card for any refunds.
  • If the item was faulty or different to that ordered the postage cost for returning the item to us will be refunded. In all other cases the cost of returning an item lies with the customer.
  • We will return an exchanged item to you Free Of Charge on one occasion.
